New Curvy Clear Wedding Chapel: Japan’s Cloud of Luster

The popular La Viena Wedding Ceremony Hall in Himeji, Japan has been given a new chapel. The old Aile-Blanche Chapel has been replaced with a modern, curvy, cloud-shaped structure of clear glass set above a reflecting pool. Fang Tong’s Surreal Swimming Pool Photography

Andy Warhol Cats Now Available As Plush Toys

Andy Warhol published a series of cat portraits in 1954 titled, “25 Cats Named Sam and One Blue Pussy” as a collaboration with his mother Julia Warhola to honor the numerous felines they had. This book was privately printed by the artist in small quantities featuring blotted-line watercolor drawings in vibrant pop-art colors. Now, Kidrobot and The Andy Warhol Foundation have teamed up to bring three of his iconic portraits of Warhol’s much-loved cats into your home as stuffed animals. (more…)
