Astrohaus has launched the Ernest Hemingway Freewrite Signature Edition, a special edition of the Freewrite Smart Typewriter, in exclusive partnership with the Ernest Hemingway estate. The “Hemingwrite” pays homage to one of the most iconic literary personalities of the last century and has an elegant retro look and feel.

We introduced you to this product when it first came out back in 2014. Since then the name has of the brand been changed to The Freewrite and the range has expanded to include various models.

The Hemingwrite is a special edition that features an exclusive design with green keycaps and a hand-polished uncoated aluminum chassis that will develop a unique patina over time and comes in a leather case. Each unit is finished by hand – no two are exactly alike.

Each device is precision laser-engraved with Ernest Hemingway’s official signature and comes with a Hemingway monogramed cleaning cloth.
