Zero Real Estate is a spinoff of Switzerland’s 2016 temporary Null Stern Hotel. They offer the first pop-up accommodations out in the wild with all the amenities, just none of the walls.
Zero Real Estate Outdoor Hotel Suites
The brainchild of Riklin brothers Frank and Patrik and Daniel Charbonnier, co-founder of an international hospitality advisory and services firm, the Null Stern Hotel was such a hit, they decided to expand the concept. Now there are seven outdoor bedroom suites, each in a different location, providing tailored guest services where you’d least expect them.
The temporary “Hotel Eastern Switzerland” consists of seven different locales in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein that host hotel suites without a roof or walls, allowing you to sleep under the stars on an award-winning mattress, handmade in Switzerland from the local raw materials.
The suites are equipped with a comfortable double bed and high-quality mattresses from the traditional Swiss manufacturer BICO, flanked by bedside tables with bedside lamps.
A small table and two chairs can be placed on the platform. Towels, slippers, power banks for smartphones (without charging cables), flashlights, insect repellents, extra blankets and umbrellas are also included. Details about toilets and washing facilities vary suite by suite.
Accommodations are for 1 or 2 people and the price includes all taxes, parking fees, welcome greeting, a breakfast basket served directly to bed, personal butler service and non-alcoholic drinks in the suite. Additional offers such as food and drink as well as other services can also be booked.
