Banksy’s London Underground Coronavirus Art Removed by Officials

Just yesterday elusive artist Banksy uploaded a video of himself (shown later in this post), dressed as a member of the London Underground’s cleanup crew, spraying graffiti on the interior of the public transportation where wearing face masks has been a requirement since June 15.  The street artist decorated the interior of the carriage with a message meant to encourage people to wear face masks to prevent the spread and contraction of Covid-19. Sadly, London officials have already removed the artwork citing that it was in violation of TfL’s “strict anti-graffiti policy.” Read more
