These artist designed and decorated heart-shaped vases are made and are being sold to spread goodness. The mission of The TotCor Project, spearheaded by artist Pepa Reverter, is to spread the key values that constitute humanity in all its richness: love, kindness, compassion, ethics, respect, generosity and solidarity.
Decorated Heart Shaped Vases
Tot Cor (“All Heart”) is an artistic, collaborative and socially minded project that was created with the desire to help people express things beyond what they can put into words. Barcelona-based Pepa Reverter designed the centerpiece of the collection, a ceramic heart-shaped vase, and invited other artists to collaborate.
Hand-crafted in Barcelona, the ceramic vases measure 25.5 x 29.5 x 7 cm. and are well-packed in a beautifully designed box.
Participating artists include Jaime Hayon, Carolina Estrada, Javi Roya, Anna Ruiz, Pepa Reverter, Los Diez, Juli Capelli, Sergio Mora, Rosa Cortiella, Jordi Torres and Ramón Úbeda.
Her intention is to send a collective message by not only selling the piece, but also by touching more people -expanding the reach of the project.
The ceramic vase shaped like a heart was designed to remind us of the good in this world. A vase that can be used for fresh flowers, dried flowers, paint brushes or whatever else comes to mind.
“In Tot Cor, the heart, a metaphor of our inner self, materializes to become a visible part of our everyday life. Its mere presence brings the best out of us.” – Pepa Reverter
We want to visualize the key values that constitute humanity in all its richness: love, kindness, compassion, ethics, respect, generosity and solidarity. For that reason, the Tot Cor Project is also a community-building project, intended to help invisible and needy groups. We hope, as time passes, to be able to continue taking actions that visualize small gestures of humanity, gestures that connect groups and individuals. We want to build a giant family of hearts that spreads joy and peace in turbulent times. – Pepa Reverter
