“Our inspirations and philosophies are uncannily aligned, applied in different, yet such complementary mediums,” says Principal Bea Pila of the partnership. “It was incredible to embark on this creative process with Javier to add a cultural quality to our furnishings and a usability to his photographic art.”

Envisioned during a trip to the Kingdom of Buthan in the Himalayas, Gomez arranged bouquets of orchids, branches and other botanicals then sliced the photographs in repetition to form his interpretation of the sacred mandala symbol. Mandala Tables encapsulate twelve of these series’ pieces via acrylic table tops anchored in an X-shaped base.

“I instantly connected to the soulful interpretations and clean inventiveness of Bea and Gabi,” says Gomez. “Our mutual love of acrylic was further prognosis that we work together to ‘frame’ two of my favorite series in a new way.”

“These pieces are all about celebrating the vibrancy of nature,” says Noelle of the Floral Fractalis fusion. “The kaleidoscope-like arrangements and bold color combinations add a sophisticated whimsy and wonder directly in line with Flower Child’s philosophy of reconnecting to our inner youthfulness.”
