On March 15th of this year Jaguar celebrated the 60th Anniversary of their famous E-Type with a series of limited edition tribute vehicles: six matched pairs of restored 3.8 E-types inspired by the iconic ‘9600 HP’ and ‘77 RW’ examples from the sports car’s 1961 Geneva launch. Already drool-worthy, Jaguar Classic enlisted engraving artist Johnny Dowell, aka King Nerd, to decorate the center console of each car, making them even more attractive. Read more

Jaguar Reveals The ‘New’ Lightweight E-Type, 6 Cars Hand-built To Original 1964 Specs.

Some lucky Jag-lovers will get the opportunity to own a ‘new’ Jaguar hand-crafted at Jaguar’s Browns Lane plant in Coventry, England and built to the original specifications of the last Lightweight E-type produced in 1964. The new cars are the ‘missing’ six vehicles from the ‘Special GT E-type’ project, which originally started in February 1963 with the objective of building 18 cars. Read more
