Ahhhh, Fourth of July weekend. Time for outdoor BBQ’s, pool parties and illegal fireworks. If you’re thinking of grilling, how about firing up those steaks on a beautifully designed outdoor modern grill? Viking, Dacor, Lynx, Weber, Vidalia and other professional cooking grills and barbeques are impressive but tend to be mammoth blocks of stainless steel.
