Land Ark RV was founded by Brian and Joni Buzarde who’ve designed, built and have lived in their own tiny house RV since 2012. What began as a prototype named Woody has now turned into a High-design RV company with two great-looking models built to order, the Draper and The Drake.
Efficiently built as high-design homes, but sized like RVs to give you ultimate freedom of use, they are designed to withstand four season travel and comfortable year round living. These are insulated better than most houses and engineered to handle ski resort snow loads. Both The Drake and The Draper models are designed so that can be towed rather than as an aerodynamic camper for a weekend getaway.
The Land Ark Draper
Optimized for an individual or a couple, The Draper has a mid-century modern design delivered in a functional 300 square foot layout with sophisticated interior design with white washed pine wood walls and ceilings.
The mud room entry features a 7 ft.+ width wardrobe, a separate W/D utility closet and a nook with a bench and cubbies.
Connecting this space to the rest of the interior is a gallery with recessed lighting and clerestory windows.
From the gallery, ascend up the custom designed oak ladder into the sleeping loft enclosed with large windows.
A compact, yet surprisingly luxurious bathroom features a vanity, wall-hung toilet and a full size, walk-in shower with recessed lighting and a window.
Flooded with natural light, the main living area opens up to a large galley kitchen and a convertible U-sofa that transforms into a queen bed for the occasional guest.
Living extends outside through the sliding patio door onto a large sustainable Brazilian hardwood deck that can be raised and closed for transport.

The Land Ark Drake
Another efficiently built high-design house on wheels this Land Ark RV model, Drake, is designed to live large with the capacity to sleep up to six. Outfitted with a flex-room as well as two lofts, the 357 square foot Drake’s Master Loft fits up to a king mattress and Secondary Loft fits up to a queen mattress. Custom built-in options can be designed to accommodate a platform queen mattress, bunk beds, an office, studio, etc.
Clad in maintenance-free black corrugated metal siding, inside the Drake has 10′ ceilings throughout and white washed pine walls and ceiling. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a wall-mounted cooktop vent, solid countertops and integrated LED lighting. The bathroom has a full 30” x 60” Bathtub/Shower with Kohler wall surrounds and black matte hardware. Inside are custom dimmable sconces and recessed lighting throughout and lots of functional storage.
