LIFX® is a wifi enabled, multi-color, energy efficient LED light bulb that you can control with your smartphone.
LIFX was born on KickStarter, raised $1.3m in six days and now is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Every LIFX bulb has a WiFi chip onboard, and can talk wirelessly to your router, iOS and Android devices. The bulbs all talk to each-other via a low-powered 802.15.4 mesh network. Load the app on all your devices – tablets, phones and computer and you can control it from any or all of them.
LIFX bulbs come with a two year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The two year warranty period is from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by LIFX within the warranty period, LIFX will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product.
