Designed in collaboration with Porta Romana, interior designer Kit Kemp‘s Rocking Robin Collection of home lighting, is inspired by Alexander Calder‘s mobile and sculpture designs. In lieu of Calder’s organic shapes, the lamps feature suspended porcelain nest-like eggs which give off a warm light, and are complimented with sculptural Robins.

Each of the table lamps, floor lamps, wall light and chandeliers is available in a monochromatic white or a colorfully painted version, aka “bright.”

The “Funky Robin” small table lamp, stands 320mm high, and features our Funky robin sitting proudly in his glowing egg, sitting on top of a branch, softened with organic twine, in white, and makes for an inspired, and humorous table light.

The “Sleepy Robin” table lamp, stands 555mm high, and features two suspended eggs, counter balanced on a branch like frame, softened with organic twine, with a beautifully crafted Sleepy Robin standing proudly on his branch, softened with organic twine, in white or bright.

The “Mimi’s Robin” wall light features a single suspended egg, hanging on branch-like frame, softened with natural twine, in white, and glows with an almost ephemeral glow from within when lit. This one is only available in white.

The “Sunny Robin” Floor Lamp, stands 1.47m high and features two suspended eggs, counter balanced on a branch-like frame, softened with organic twine, with a beautifully crafted funky robin, standing proudly between the nest-like eggs, in white or bright and are made to order.
