Modern Mansion In Moscow’s Mayendorf Gardens
This jaw dropping private home and separate spa pavilion with interior design by Magni Kalman Design and architecture by Mossine Partners is located in the in very exclusive Mayendorf Gardens village of Moscow.
The Mayendorf (or Meiendorf) Village is a subdivision in the exclusive and secretive Rublevka community that is home to several Forbes millionaires, State Duma deputies, and high-ranking public officials. The area is right near to the Novo-Ogaryovo residence – the residence, which Russian President Vladimir Putin often uses for private receptions.
From the front the large rectangular home looks very industrial with a wooden clad entrance smack in the center and large glass walls with louvers.
From the rear, the fireplace is centrally located dividing the very exposed home in two equal sizes:
The property consists of the large two story rectangular home as well as a separate wood and glass pavilion on the grounds that houses the spa and outdoor swimming pool.

The ground floor (which is more like an underground floor) consists of a beautiful slate swimming pool, spa and entertainment area with glass walls that look out onto the grassy yard. It is not visible from the front of the home.

The main floor, where you enter the home, has enormously tall ceilings and consists of the living, dining and entertainment rooms as well as the kitchen. The decor mixes classic mid-century modern pieces such as Barcelona chairs and ottomans, Saarinen dining table and chairs, Eames Lounge Chairs and flokati rugs with formal marble-topped tables, ornate lighting, contemporary seating and art.
