This Mid-century Modern Trousdale Estate was just put on the market for $12,500,000. An 8,000 square foot home that combines organic materials (wood and stone) with mid-century modern design and open floor plans, lots of light and a fabulous yard. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s just a wee bit out of my price range. Sigh.
