Moleskine Game Of Thrones Video Made of Paper

Moleskine Game of Thrones Video

Moleskine has launched a Game of Thrones Limited Edition Collection, a collaboration with HBO, to pay tribute to the imagination and epic storytelling of the popular Game of Thrones saga. To promote the new notebooks, they hired Italian animation studio Dadomani to create a special video.

Moleskine Game of Thrones Video

To promote four new themed notebooks, a video celebrating the limited edition Moleskine Game of Thrones Collection was created by Milan-based video and animation studio Dadomani.

The video features a recreation of the fortress at King’s Landing made entirely of paper. With the original theme music to set the mood, cogs and gears start turning and piece-by-piece the three dimensional fortress retreats into itself. As the camera pulls away we discover that the entire creation belongs within the pages of Moleskine notebooks.

750 photos, 7,600 paper cut-outs, and 576,000 seconds…

Watch below how Italian video agency Dadomani created the Moleskine Game of Thrones Video for the limited edition notebook collection.

The Moleskine Game of Thrones Collection

The new limited edition collection of Moleskine notebooks feature previously unreleased silkscreen prints that are symbolic references to the three dominant houses –Stark, Lannister and Targaryen – as well as a collector’s edition box set depicting the Iron Throne.

The original cover artwork is created for Moleskine by emerging graphic designer Levente Szabò.
