On March 15th of this year Jaguar celebrated the 60th Anniversary of their famous E-Type with a series of limited edition tribute vehicles: six matched pairs of restored 3.8 E-types inspired by the iconic ‘9600 HP’ and ‘77 RW’ examples from the sports car’s 1961 Geneva launch. Already drool-worthy, Jaguar Classic enlisted engraving artist Johnny Dowell, aka King Nerd, to decorate the center console of each car, making them even more attractive. (more…)

Quelle Fête is a series objet d’arts created by design firm ROTGANZEN that can be seen in public venues as an art installation, as part of a collaborative furniture collection and are sold separately on a smaller scale. The object represents a playful image of days gone by and a melancholic reminder of the glamour nights of disco. The amorphous shapes are covered, through painstaking creaftmanshop, with a carefully arranged glittering skin of mirrored glass tiles. The once iconic shape of the disco ball is reborn with new character and meaning in an ode to the happy days of way back when. (more…)
