FISHER ARCHitecture Green Pre-Fab Prototype in Pittsburgh

The beautifully designed Irwin Studio by Pittsburgh’s Fisher Architecture is a functioning prototype that was built onsite, but designed in such a manner that future productions can be pre-fabricated and crane-delivered. The structure serves as a guest house –separated from the main house by a rock-surrounded, manmade pond and landscaping by Jim Lampl. Read more

Mothersill Residence in Watermill, NY by Bates Masi

This historically protected property in the Hamptons, with two original buildings by famous modernist architect Andrew Geller, received new life as a private residence for the Boyle Family. Architects Bates Masi turned it into a modern day compound by adding a new main house and a stunning swimming pool to the property and turned what was the primary residence into a guest house and the original studio into a pool house.
